Replace a damaged or lost reflector section without purchasing a complete new dish.

This replacement quadrant is manufactured to the same dimensions and specifications as the original Parabolic Microphone 580 reflector sections. It uses the same interlocking seam design and existing assembly hardware, allowing it to be installed directly into a compatible dish.

The quadrant is manufactured from carbon-fibre-reinforced ASA for stiffness, heat resistance, UV stability and long-term outdoor use.

Because the Parabolic Microphone 580 uses a mechanically fastened four-section reflector, individual quadrants can be replaced without permanently bonding, cutting or modifying the dish.

Designed exclusively for the TalonFab Parabolic Microphone 580.

Select the microphone quadrant when replacing the section through which the microphone support assembly passes. Select the standard quadrant for any of the other three reflector positions.

Existing fasteners may be reused when they remain in good condition. Replacement assembly hardware is available separately.

Installation

Loosen all fasters, remove the fasteners in the section to be replaced, separate the interlocking joints and then install the replacement quadrant.

Loosely install all fasteners before tightening them evenly again. Avoid overtightening, as excessive force is unnecessary and may damage the printed components.
